LGBTTQ Parenting and Advocacy Series
Join us for a 3-part Parenting and Advoacy Series on May 31st, June 7th, and June 14th, at Family Services Ottawa (312 Parkdale). Topics include:
Advocating for you and your family; You're not the boss of me....discipline that really works; Parenting Children with Anxiety.
All sessions will go from 6:30-8:30pm and parents are welcome to go to all 3 sessions or choose 1 or two that interest them.

LGBTQ Adoptive Parents Group:

This a friendly reminder that the next meeting of the LGBTQ Adoptive Parents Group will take place Tuesday, May 18 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at the Centretown Community Health Centre (420 Cooper Street).
MAY TOPIC: Open Forum
The topic of this meeting is being left open to allow for the inclusion of interests that emerge over the course of the year and demand a more committed timeframe for discussion.
The meeting begins with some time to connect with one another from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The more formal discussion will begin at 7:00 pm and continue until 8:30 pm.

All adoptive LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirit, queer) parents and parents-to-be are welcome. Light snacks and refreshments may be served. Please note that on-site child care will not be provided.
